Ahmed Dickinson Cardenas (Spanish guitar) and Eduardo Martín (Spanish guitar) bring some new sounds to our concert series.                                      

Cuba’s most internationally acclaimed guitarists, they met as student and teacher in Havana. Musician and composer Martín instantly recognised in Dickinson a young man with whom he wanted to share a musical journey.

 The pair first began playing together in 2014, when Dickinson invited Martín to perform at London’s Bolivar Hall. Since that performance, their partnership has flourished, pausing only during the pandemic. 

Both artists are hugely in demand as solo performers, so to see them perform together in this project is not to be missed.
